Shipping policy
We will work with you and the shipping company to make sure that your order arrives in good condition at the shipping address you've given us. If the package arrives damaged, please notify both us and the the shipping company so that the situation can be rectified.
How do you ship?
We offer free shipping on all our products, but free shipping does not guarantee which company we will use. We will use the company that has the lowest shipping rate available to us. We use US Postal, Fed Ex, and UPS. You can specify Fed Ex Express or UPS Ground for an additional fee and we will be sure to ship it with that company.
Delivery Speed
We cannot guarantee the shipping/delivery speed promised by the shipping companies. Most orders will ship from our factory within 24-48 hours after the order is placed and take 3-5 days to reach their destination. We do not ship on weekends. During the busy Holiday season, it may take us 3-5 days to process the order from our warehouse.
UPS, Fed Ex and US Postal allow us to offer faster shipping services, but they charge more money.
These faster shipping speeds are not guaranteed by the shipping companies!
When you pick one of these faster services and pay the extra fee, we can not guarantee that the package will arrive in the time frame they promise you. We do not refund the extra fee you paid for faster shipping should it not arrive in their promised time frame. We do not recover that fee from the shipping company since they are not guaranteed to deliver in that time frame.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you give us an incorrect shipping address, and the package is delivered to this incorrect address, it is your responsibility to try to retrieve the package yourself. We do not offer refunds or ship replacement packages when you've given us an incorrect shipping address. If the package comes back to us, we will reach out to you by email to ask for the correct address and reship it to you free of charge.
Package Theft
We do not cover package theft. Please use Signature Delivery if you don't want to risk a package theft
Every day, 1.7 million packages are stolen or go missing off doorsteps across the U.S.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to give us a shipping address that is a secure location for the shipping company to drop off the package.
There are no refunds given or replacement packages sent when the package has been delivered but is missing. The shipping companies have GPS locators on their trucks and they will run a trace to confirm that the package was delivered to the correct address. If it comes back as being delivered to the correct address, then the package will be considered stolen.
Signature Delivery
Please consider adding Signature Delivery to your order to ensure that someone will sign for the package if you don't want to risk the loss of your order due to package theft. With signature delivery, the shipping company will make a few attempts to deliver the package if no one is home. They will usually leave a notice and possibly require you to drive to their facility to retrieve the package after these attempts have failed. It is your responsibility to go and retrieve the package in this case.
